I, Sonja Geirulv, am the data controller for the personal data collected on this website. My contact details are on the front page.

What I collect, and why

When you send me a message through the contact form, I receive your name, your e-mail address and what you write. I only use it to reply to you. The legal basis is your request (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (article 6(1)(f)).

Who helps me

The form reaches me by e-mail through a form service that Agentas AS runs on Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending it. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical logs (such as IP addresses) for operation and security. They are my data processors and may not use the data for anything else.

How long I keep it

I keep your message as long as I need it to follow up your enquiry.

Cookies

The website uses no cookies for tracking or marketing, and its fonts are served by the website itself.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you, and you can object to the processing. Write to me and I reply within 30 days. If you think I handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
